There is a state of wellbeing that lives within each of us. It is the sadhana or spiritual practice of living in harmony with nature’s pulse that helps us to evoke this innate sense of physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
Using ayurveda, I’ll guide you toward a refreshing way of self-care that establishes lasting wellbeing. Our approach is entirely holistic; including daily rituals, wholesome foods, mindful eating, yoga, meditation, herbs and breathwork to treat the body, mind and spirit as the unified being that it is.
This is not a quick fix program or crash diet or temporary cover up of imbalances, but a journey of finding your own unique expression of physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
Abhyanga is unlike any other form of massage. Incredibly grounding, its effect lingers for days, as it brings balance to the body’s subtle energies. Warm ayurvedic herbal oils are generously and rhythmically massaged into the body in a specific flow to nourish the skin and deeper body tissues. Abhyanga helps things move, which is why it’s considered both detoxifying and rejuvenating.
One of ayurveda’s most divine bodywork treatments, shirodhara is deeply relaxing. Warm ayurvedic herbal oil is streamed across the forehead in a fluid rhythm, encouraging the mind to slow down and rest. Shirodhara is great for imbalances from the neck up including stress, anxiety, racing mind, moodiness, anger, depression, insomnia, hair fall, early graying, and headaches.
Udvartana gives an invigorating feeling of lightness. While this herbal powder treatment is great for exfoliation, its main purpose is to pacify the kapha dosha and help dissolve fat. It removes blockages in the subtle body channels so that stuck energy can flow freely.
This deeply relaxing facelift massage diminishes fine lines and gives a visible lift and glow. Rooted in ayurveda and combining lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and energy work, the treatment lifts the facial contours, brightens the complexion, releases tense muscles, and encourages prana to free flow. The result is a fresh face and relaxed mind and body.
