Using ayurveda, I’ll guide you toward a refreshing way of self-care that establishes lasting wellbeing. Our approach is entirely holistic; including daily rituals, wholesome foods, mindful eating, yoga, meditation, herbs and breathwork to treat the body, mind and spirit as the unified being that it is.
This is not a quick fix program or crash diet or temporary cover up of imbalances, but a journey of finding your own unique expression of physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.

Abhyanga: Ayurvedic Full Body Oil Treatment
Abhyanga is a relaxing, light-touch ayurvedic oil treatment. Rhythmic in nature, it helps to restore the body’s natural flow of energy and encourages the elimination of toxins. Abhyanga calms the nervous system and soothes away stress, leaving you feeling grounded.

Shirodhara: Third Eye Therapy
One of ayurveda’s most divine bodywork treatments, shirodhara is a deeply relaxing experience wherein warm herbal oil is rhythmically streamed across the forehead. This technique calms the nervous system, releases stress and negative emotions, and stimulates both the pituitary gland and ajna chakra.
3 sessions: $330 + oil
1 session: $120 + oil
Udvartana: Herbal Powder Treatment
An herbal powder treatment, udvartana refreshes and rejuvenates. It’s traditionally used for weight loss, skin diseases, cellulite, and lethargy. Grain or legume flours are mixed with herbs and rubbed over the body which both exfoliates and stimulates the lymphatic system.
