I believe there is a way of life which is inherent to our true human nature. It is a life lived in harmony with nature’s rhythms; those of the sun, the moon, and the seasons; and one that honors our own unique reflection of the nature around us.
This is the wisdom that I share as an ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher. I help others to restore their natural lifestyle: that which makes them feel balanced, connected, energetic, fulfilled, and spiritually uplifted.
This is not solely a change in diet or a few medicinal herbs. While these may be a part of the process, our most important work together is learning how and why to care for the body and mind.
The body is a gift. This physical incarnation allows us to enjoy the insanely beautiful world around us and the relationships of those we love. It is a blessing given to fulfill our purpose, or dharma, and to ultimately evolve as spiritual beings.
True Ayurveda is not a path of superfoods and supplements, but of realigning our relationship to our body and to the world around us. The best vitamins, after all, are our thoughts and acts of self-love.
Fads do not resonate with me. It is ancient wisdom that I find the most compelling; knowledge that has been passed down and used for thousands of years, evolving with the ages yet rooted in timeless philosophy. Ayurveda and yoga are such sciences. I’m so grateful to have studied both at their source in India so that I may authentically help others through this wisdom.
